3. After receiving a confirmation of payment to our bank account, we will send you an order according to the selected type of delivery. The order can not be processed until it is fully paid. Delivery within the EU

www.frizieris.lv offers delivery within the territory of the EU.

 

Delivery of “Mon Platin” products can only be made from the territory of Latvia.

You can choose the type of delivery at the time of ordering or by writing to us. Delivery times can be changed depending on the availability of products in the warehouse, in advance agreeing it with the customer.

All ordered products will be sent to one delivery address, which was included at the time of placing the order. www.frizieris.lv can not deliver products from one order to different shipping addresses, and is not responsible for the additional movement or location of the ordered products.

How to receive your order

Omniva: Please wait for a short message to your mobile phone with an order withdrawal code and only then go to receive an order. On the terminal / ATM screen, click the "Receive parcel" button and enter the code from the received message. Take you package.
Courier: On the day of delivery, courier will call and inform you about the delivery time.
 

 

Risk and ownership rights

In relation to the purchased products, responsibility passes to you at the time of receiving of the products and we are not responsible for the damage, loss or destruction of the products, except the cases where the products were delivered damaged or incorrectly shipped. Right to refuse

In accordance with the terms and conditions of the Cabinet of Ministers Nr.255 of the Republic of Latvia "Terms and the remote contract" 22 p., The consumer can not use the right of refusal, if the products are manufactured according to the consumer's instructions or are inseparable items, or the goods in connection with their nature can not be returned (for example Body care products and hygiene products), or the products are perishable, or the goods are quickly used. If the discrepancy of the products with the terms of the contract is of minor importance and can not influence the possibility of using the products for the intended purpose, the consumer can not ask frizieris.lv to terminate the contract and pay the paid sum of money for the goods.
 

In accordance with clause 12 of the law on consumer protection of the republic of Latvia and the terms of CM Nr.255 "Conditions for Remote Contract", the Consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 calendar days from the receipt of the order and return the seller's product.

By making an order on the website www.frizieris.lv the consumer confirms that he has read and agrees with the terms and conditions of www.frizieris.lv, including the right to refuse. At the time of placing the order, the Buyer marks its consent "agrees with the remote contract." Upon request, the Seller sends the rejection form to the e-mail address specified by the Consumer. On the right to use the refusal the consumer informs frizieris.lv by e-mail, including in the message the order number, name, surname, e-mail address, product name and bar codes that he wants to return, the reason for the return and whether the Consumer wants to receive compensation in the amount of the cost of the goods or to exchange product.
 

If you want to exchange products, please indicate the name of the product and its code, to which you want to change the product, so that we can reserve it for you.

The right to refuse ends after 14 days, starting from the day you received your order. Sending a refusal is established by frizieris.lv for a period of 14 days from the date of receiving of the product. Then frizieris.lv terminates the contract and releases the Consumer from any obligations other than paying a fee that is related to the transfer of the goods back to the manufacturer, the seller and the service provider.
If the order was above 70 € and was delivered for free and some or all of the goods are returned from this order, SIA Klērs Serviss reserves the right to apply the return fee in the amount of 10EUR.

 

The consumer, using these conditions in his right to refuse, is responsible for any value decrease of the product, as well as for the quality of the product and the preservation of safeness.
 

The returned product should not have any signs of use, it should be in the original closed package and in the same condition in which you received it in the original packaging. Sending the product back to the Seller, you must attach all the documents that confirm the receipt of the order (invoice, postal receipt, etc.)

Within 14 days after refusal writing Consumer must return the product back to SIA Klers Serviss. SIA Klers Serviss is obligated not later than 14 days from the date of receiving a letter of refund, to pay to the Consumer the amount of money, which was paid for the order before the termination of the contract, except delivery costs. SIA Klers Serviss has the right to withhold payment to the Consumer before receiving products back. The payment is made using the same payment method that was used in the initial transaction.

SIA Klers Serviss has the right not to pay the customer its paid amount for the product until the consumer returns the goods or if SIA Klers Serviss decides, that product was in use or not in 100% condition and form for further sale or not in the original packaging with all original documents (if any were attached). The consumer is liable for damage to the products that were produced at the time of return.

If SIA Klers Serviss can not perform the contract due to the fact that the product is not available,  Seller informs about it the Consumer and will pay all the contributed funds by the Consumer no later than within 7 calendar days from the receipt of the order.

Registration and processing of personal data

To use www.frizieris.lv and purchase all the products, the Buyer must register at www.frizieris.lv by filling out the registration form. In the registration form you must specify the following personal data of the Buyer: name, surname, e-mail address, delivery address of the products, phone number and other important data for the delivery.

The buyer is responsible for the accuracy, correctness and completeness of the personal data in the registration form. If the personal data of the Buyer got changed, the Buyer is obliged to immediately make changes. The Seller is not responsible for losses incurred by the Buyer due to the indication by the Buyer of incorrect or incomplete data (the Buyer has not changed the personal data).

The buyer has the right at any time to change, fill in the data or cancel his registration. If the registration is canceled, the Buyer will no longer be able to use the services of www.frizieris.lv and make purchases there. The buyer can again make purchases, only re-registering on www.frizieris.lv.

Upon registration, the Buyer receives individual connection data (login and password). The buyer agrees to keep them in a safe place and do not transfer them to third person. The buyer is responsible for keeping the connection data provided to him, as well as for any action (the provision of data, product orders, etc.) carried out in our shop, at connection, in which the individual login and password of the Buyer was used. If the services offered by www.frizieris.lv are used by a third person who connects to www.frizieris.lv on the network using the data of the Buyer's connection, the Seller considers this person as the Buyer.

If the Buyer has lost the connection data, he shall immediately notify the Seller by telephone or e-mail shown on the website www.frizieris.lv.

The personal data provided by the Buyer will be processed in compliance with the requirements and other legal acts of the Republic of Latvia that regulate the processing and protection of data specified in the law of the Republic of Latvia "On the Protection of Personal Data". While processing and storing the personal data of the Buyer, the Seller uses the organizational and technical means to protect personal data from unintentional or illegal destruction, modification, disclosure, as well as from any other illegal processing.

Personal data of the Buyer will be used to identify the Buyer, to sell and deliver products, to prepare accounting documents, to return the overpaid amount and money for products returned by the Buyer, administer debt obligations, fulfill other obligations arising from the contract, and to provide the Buyer with the opportunity to use other services Www.frizieris.lv. Personal data of the Buyer can be processed for marketing purposes only with the consent of the Buyer.

The personal data provided by the Buyer can only be used by the Seller and its partners with whom the Seller cooperates for the management of www.frizieris.lv, for the delivery of products and other services related to the execution of the Buyer's order and its performance. The Seller undertakes not to transfer the personal data of the Buyer to third people, except for the above-mentioned partners of the Seller, as well as in the cases provided for by legal acts of the Republic of Latvia.

The seller can use for the statistics indirectly related to the Buyer data - data on the purchased products. Such statistical data will be selected and processed in such a way as not to disclose the identity of the Buyer or other personal data by which the identity of the person could be established.

If the Buyer wishes to receive notices from the Seller or its partners or other offers, it is possible in the registration form to indicate that such notices or offers can be sent to the Buyers e-mail. If the Buyer does not wish to use this opportunity, the Seller will not use the personal data of the Buyer for marketing purposes and will not send to the Buyer advertising and information messages, except for the necessary order to fulfill the order of notifications made by the Buyer.

Personal data of the Buyer will not be stored for longer than required by the established purposes of data processing. The personal data provided by the Buyer during registration at www.frizieris.lv will be kept for two years from the moment of the last connection of the Buyer to the system www.frizieris.lv. The data that was provided during the purchase of products or if they are necessary for the performance of contractual obligations, the whole period of the guarantee for the purchased products will be kept, but not less than two years from the delivery of the products. The data necessary for the performance of debt obligations will be kept until collection of the debt, but not more than ten years. For marketing purposes, the data will be stored for two years from the moment of the last connection of the Buyer to the system www.frizieris.lv. When personal data will no longer be required for processing, or at the end of the established retention period, they will be destroyed in a reliable manner.

Having submitted a relevant application to the Seller, the Buyer has the right to familiarize with the Buyer's personal data processed by the Seller and the way of their processing; Require correcting incorrect, incomplete or inaccurate personal data; Request to suspend the processing of their personal data (other than storage), if the data is processed, violating the law or the Rules.
